Learning AutoCAD Architecture 2011 Course

3 Day Course

This course is designed for the new AutoCAD Architecture 2011 user who requires comprehensive training. It incorporates the features, commands and techniques for creating, editing and printing drawings with AutoCAD Architecture 2011. Hands-on exercises throughout the course explore how to create architectural drawings.

NB. It is strongly recommend that delegates either attend an AutoCAD course beforehand or ensure that they have AutoCAD expertise before attending this course.

AutoCAD Architecture 2011 Advanced Course

2 Day Course

This course is intended to show existing AutoCAD Architecture users the skills required to use AutoCAD Architecture in a greater detail. How to create and edit a variety of objects styles, including walls doors, windows, spaces, massing elements and section and elevation objects.

This course is designed for the new AutoCAD MEP user who requires comprehensive training in the Plumbing module. The course addresses both imperial and metric systems.

Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011 Advanced Course

2 Day Course

The format of the advanced training tends to be a more relaxed agenda than the basic revit training, but common topics will include Worksets, Nested Families, Shared Parameters, modeling examples to get around certain issues encountered by users. Advice on filing and customization of revit to suit individual circumstances. Eg. Where to store families etc. In the afternoon there is a show and tell modelling session which is useful to get solutions or workarounds for any problems encountered on previous projects done by delegates.

SketchUp Essentials Course

SketchUp allows you to draw using a familiar pencil and paper paradigm. This course provides you with an excellent learning experience using SketchUp to build three dimensional models defined by edges and surfaces. It is the intent of this course for those with little or no three dimensional drawing experience to expand their skills using SketchUp as the medium for 3D design.
