The Autodesk® Navisworks® family of products helps architecture, engineering, and construction teams improve control over the outcome of their projects. With Navisworks solutions, detailed design models can be aggregated and reviewed by all project stakeholders, helping users to benefit from the competitive advantages of building information modeling (BIM) workflows. BIM processes allow team members to explore a project’s key physical and functional characteristics digitally before it is built, helping to deliver projects faster, more economically, and with reduced environmental impact.

The Autodesk Navisworks family comprises 3 products:

• Navisworks Manage 2011
  Navisworks Manage software offers design and construction professionals the most comprehensive project review solution, providing advanced tools for interference analysis and spatial coordination.
• Navisworks Simulate 2011
  Navisworks Simulate software provides comprehensive project review and analysis capabilities to demonstrate design intent and simulation of construction to drive insight and predictability.
• Navisworks Freedom 2011
  Navisworks Freedom software is the free viewer for NWD and 3D DWF files. Navisworks Freedom extends the whole-project view to all project stakeholders, improving communication and collaboration.
