Why use Autodesk Architectural Desktop and not AutoCAD?
Autodesk Architectural Desktop (ADT) has now been around for a number of years and has continued its evolution year on year into what is now a very powerful design tool offering the user a number of features that will enable working more efficiently and accurately. In early incarnations, the complex interface of menus and dialogue boxes that came as a result of adding features onto the already developed platform of AutoCAD put many people off switching to ADT. This has all changed over recent releases and the much improved, intuitive interface results in a learning curve parallel to that of ‘vanilla' AutoCAD.
