Issue 10 - Spring 2008

This is the year of Service Excellence.Well according to CADline anyway! Following a hugely successful and lively staff event early in January,we collectively decided to make 2008 the year of extraordinary service. So what does this mean for you?

In the first instance we have doubled the head count in Customer Services and, under the watchful eye of our new Customer Services Manager, plan to improve our response times and get you talking to the right technical representative first time. This will also enable us to log your support calls faster and handle your licensing and subscription queries more effectively.

We have also increased the number of Application Specialists we have to enable us to offer a greater depth and breadth of service for Sustainability and BIM related matters (that's Revit to most of us!).

We have also invested in a new sales support team who will enable our sales consultants and account managers to answer your commercial queries faster and get to site quicker when you need to see us in person.

I would be very interested to get your feedback so please stay in touch and let me know if you think we are achieving service excellence throughout this year. Please email me at claire.bass@cadline.co.uk

Enjoy this edition. In the meantime, I look forward to seeing you at one of our Autodesk launch events- watch out for your personal invitation.

With best wishes,
Claire Bass
Sales Director

Through rigorous analysis we can ensure that you have access to specialist technical advice right from the launch date.

Issue 6 - Autumn 2006

The summer months have proved to be some of the busiest months of the year. The successful launch of the new Autodesk 2007 products has now been further enhanced with the announcement of the AutoCAD LT Cross Upgrade promotion from Autodesk. You can now move from AutoCAD LT to a state-of-the-art Autodesk industry solution such as Revit Series Building 9 and save up to £2,290 per license.

Full details of this promotion can be found throughout this issue; alternatively you can visit www.cadline.co.uk and access the details online.

I would also like to draw your attention to the expansion of our online webinar services. Our entire software portfolio is now available to you from the comfort of your own office. Online webinars allow you to experience and review the latest software in short sessions, usually lasting no longer than an hour. Each session is fully interactive and can even be tailored to suit individual business requirements. You can also invite your colleagues to join you online. CADline's webinar schedule is available for download at www.cadline.co.uk/events.

Finally, the training section on our website has been extended to include access to all course information, course schedules and much more! See page 9 in this issue and try out the new training section for yourself at www.cadline.co.uk/training.

I would also like to draw your attention to the section on training. In the last 12 weeks thousands of you will have received the latest Autodesk 2007 software - automatically fulfiled under your subscription contract. The return on your ongoing subscription investment is significant if users are properly trained. It is easy to believe that users can just ‘pick up' all the latest features of an Autodesk product butthe truth is the efficiency gains and productivity increases are not always easy to find but are most definitely there to take advantage of.

Please take a look at the latest training courses we have put on the summer schedule and let us talk to you in more detail about how to get the best return on investment for your software.
