Striving for Excellence –Ten Out Of Ten
The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program (CSAT) provides us with an opportunity to understand what you think about all aspects of working with us.
If you have recently activated an Autodesk product, or if your subscription renewal is due, then you may be invited to complete an online survey. These surveys are sent quarterly during the middle month of each Autodesk fiscal quarter.
Please add email@example.com to your “known senders” list so you do not miss the opportunity.

The targets we are required to achieve are very demanding and scores under 9 out of 10 are discounted as average so please can we ask that if you are happy with the level of service you receive that you score us 10.
In appreciation of completing this survey, all participants will be entered in a draw for an IPad Mini. The draw is done once per quarter based on current quarter's survey respondents.*
